Cancellation Policy

We hope your plans go smoothly, but if you need to cancel your direct booking, the following policy applies:

• More than 30 days before check-in: 100% refund of amounts paid
• 7 to 30 days before check-in: 50% refund of amounts paid
• Within 7 days of check-in: no refund

All cancellations must be made in writing by the lead booker. The cancellation will take effect from the date we receive written notice.

We recommend taking out suitable travel insurance to cover cancellation or disruption to your trip.
